To celebrate all things dairy during June Dairy Month, Sara Robbins, a registered dietitian and the director of Health and Wellness for Dairy MAX, Inc., shared her nutrition expertise with consumers.
The media segment at KRQE News 13 in Albuquerque showcased photos of New Mexico dairy farm families and the farm-to-fridge story. During the segment, Robbins also shared Dairy MAX recipes like the Overnight Oatmeal Trio, Ricotta Muffins with Lemon Spread and Salad in a Jar as she talked about the benefits of eating dairy foods, including heart health and lower blood pressure.
“Media interviews are a great opportunity to address all things dairy for consumers; from the health benefits of dairy to where the milk on their table comes from,” said Robbins. “This segment was no exception as we also gave consumers practical uses to getting their three servings each day.”
