Dairy MAX and the Dallas Cowboys joined forces to champion the power of dairy in two impactful events focused on health, wellness and education. From fueling young minds during Tackle Reading at Uplift Triumph Preparatory to engaging healthcare professionals at Celebrating MyPlate/MiPlato @ The Star, these experiences brought dairy nutrition to life—highlighting its essential role in fueling strong bodies and sharp minds.

Tackle Reading Event at Uplift Triumph Preparatory
Dairy MAX partnered with the Dallas Cowboys and Dr. Seuss Enterprises for a “Tackle Reading” event at Uplift Triumph Preparatory in celebration of National School Breakfast Week, which emphasizes the critical connection between proper nutrition and academic success.

The event featured Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Jalen Brooks, linebacker Buddy Johnson, Cowboys cheerleaders and mascot Rowdy reading Dr. Seuss classics and promoting the importance of starting the day with a nutritious breakfast.

With the help of Dairy MAX, Uplift Education has implemented several alternative breakfast programs to enhance student nutrition, including the Cold Brew Coffee Program—which has resulted in an additional 45,442 pounds of milk offered to students—and Breakfast in the Classroom, which has led to 41,596 pounds of milk purchased by the district.

Celebrating MyPlate/MiPlato @ The Star
Dairy MAX brought together more than 75 influential health professionals, culinary experts and industry partners for a unique two-day event celebrating the power of dairy through the lens of MyPlate/MiPlato.

Hosted at The Star—the world headquarters and training facility of the Dallas Cowboys—the exclusive event aimed to elevate understanding of dairy’s role in nutrition and empower healthcare professionals to champion its place in healthy dietary patterns. The program included a VIP tour, a culinary demonstration by a celebrity chef and a strategic roundtable discussion.

Post-event evaluations showed a measurable impact, with 94% of attendees now actively recommending dairy to their patients daily—a 12% increase—and a 31% increase in daily dairy consumption by participants.

The event marked a key step in Dairy MAX’s ongoing mission to equip health professionals with resources that bridge nutrition science and cultural relevance, and to amplify dairy’s unique value in promoting overall wellness.
