  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Single serving directions: 

  1. Place milk and cocoa powder in a small saucepan over medium heat. Warm until tiny bubbles start to form around the edges, about 3-4 minutes. Stir frequently so a skin doesn't form.
  2. Stir in vanilla, then transfer to a mug. Top with real dairy whipped cream or marshmallows and serve. Enjoy!

Gallon serving directions: 

  1. Place milk, cocoa powder and vanilla extract in a large stockpot. Warm over medium low heat until tiny bubbles start to form around the edges.  Stir frequently so a skin doesn't form. Warm until temperature reaches 150°F -160°F
  2. Transfer to an insulated beverage dispenser and dispense 8.5 oz evening into 12 oz cups.
