Instructions
Critical Control Point (CCP): No bare-hand contact with ready-to-eat food.
- Place yogurt, ice cubes, frozen strawberries and fresh bananas in 5-gallon bucket. Blend using immersion blender until pureed and smooth.
- Evenly pour 8-ounce smoothies into 9-ounce cups and top with a lid.
Note: A 5-gallon bucket can hold 56 servings.

Tips
