Meghan Windham, MPH, RD, LD graduated from Texas A&M University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Science. She obtained her Master’s in Public Health and completed her accredited dietetic internship at the University of Texas School of Public Health-Houston. Meghan is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian and is actively involved in the Mid-East Texas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (METAND), Texas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (TAND) and Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND). She has received the Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year Award from TAND.
Meghan completed the Leadership Education in Adolescent Health (LEAH) Nutrition Fellowship through Baylor College of Medicine and has experience specializing in adolescents with eating disorders, weight management, and sports nutrition, among others. After her internship and becoming a Registered Dietitian, Meghan joined Fleishman-Hillard as a Senior Account Executive and Nutrition Specialist where she provided nutrition counsel and tactical execution for numerous food clients including The National Mango Board, Chobani Greek Yogurt, The US Potato Board and Boar’s Head.
Meghan has been with Texas A&M Student Health Services since 2011 and is passionate about giving back and making an impact among Aggie students through nutrition. She provides nutrition education and consults with students on an individual basis to meet their nutritional needs.
When Meghan is not working, she enjoys exercising, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
