Instructions

Cold Preparation

  1. Place milk, cinnamon dolce simple syrup and instant coffee in a cup or jar. Whisk to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. In the morning, whisk or shake and pour over ice in a 12-ounce cup.

Hot Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Heat over medium-low until tiny bubbles form around edges, stirring occasionally to prevent skin formation.
  2. Heat to 150° F-160° F.
  3. Transfer to a mug and enjoy.
