Tiffany Hull, MS, RDN, LD, FAND

Tiffany Hull is the dietetic internship director for the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma. She has worked as a clinical and outpatient dietitian at Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City for 18 years, and also serves her community as the state media representative for the Oklahoma Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and as president for the Oklahoma City District Dietetic Association.

Amy Goodson, MS, RD, CSSD, LD

Amy Goodson is the sports dietitian for Ben Hogan Sports Medicine, Texas Christian University Athletics and the University of Texas at Arlington Athletics. She is also the consulting sports dietitian for the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Stars, FC Dallas soccer team, and Jim McLean Golf School – where she works with amateur and professional golfers.

Favorite healthy breakfast: 
Oatmeal with flaxseed and natural peanut butter! Full of fiber, healthy fat and protein, it keeps me feeling satisfied all morning after a hard workout.

June Williams Colman, MD, PA

Dr. June Coleman has shown her passion for leadership, and personal and professional growth throughout every aspect of her life. As an obstetrician/gynecologist with her own private practice, Serenity Healthcare for Women, Dr. Coleman has used her profession to educate and influence thousands of women on important healthcare issues. In 2007, she established the Serenity Healthcare for Women Scholarship Fund, which provides financial assistance to young women who are pursuing careers in the medical field. 

Carol Bradley, Ph.D., RDN, LD, BCBA

Dr. Carol Bradley specializes in cardiac and heart health; nutritional needs pertaining to behavioral and mental health; food safety; and more. Dr. Bradley holds an Master of Arts in nutrition from the University of Texas and a Ph.D. in school and behavioral psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University. Carol currently works with intellectually disabled individuals who are medically fragile.

An omelet with jalapeno peppers, mushrooms, spinach and Swiss cheese.
